This chart depicts the impact on the wealthy if President Bush was to stop his tax cuts. The graph depicts a drastic increase in rate on the rich. This chart is exaggerated, if Bush stopped cutting taxes, the increase would go up from 35 percent to the current percentage of 39.6. This is only a five percent increase.

In this chart, the vertical axis starts at zero, not 34, like the previous chart does. In reality, the change in rate for the wealthy is less significant than Fox News stressed.
